Insurance

Renewed Life Chiropractic is in network with WPS, Alliance, WEAS, Aetna, Cofinity and BadgerCare.

You can utilize your "out of network benefits" at our office and still qualify for coverage with a variety of insurance companies.  We will provide you with the specific form to submit to your insurance company to ensure appropriate  reimbursement.  We pride ourselves in keeping the cost of treatment low and this is one way in which we achieve that objective.

For patients who have little or no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits, there is still a way for you to receive the care you need.  Flexible budget payment programs can be arranged. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.

At Renewed Life Chiropractic we're convinced that investing a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset--your health--will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it. If you feel you do not have enough time or money to take care of yourself, please contact us--we can help!  The last thing we want is for you to come to our wellness center in crisis.
